Viewing the Rejected Email Addresses
Once an E-blast has been sent, you can view the number of email addresses that rejected it in the Statistics section.
Click on the rejected statistic to view each individual email addresses.
Unsubscribing the Rejected Email Addresses
If you'd like to keep the Contacts profiles in Keela but ensure that they don't receive E-blasts anymore, you can globally unsubscribe them.
Click on the Gear icon > Click Globally unsubscribe Contacts
Note: If you'd like more information on why these emails were rejected click on View all CRM email errors.
Deleting the Contacts of the Rejected Emails
Perhaps you don't want these rejected Contacts to take up space in your account. If so, you can delete these Contacts by
Scroll to the bottom of the rejected statistics list > Click on the green Tag button
Name your Tag > Click Add
Click on Contacts > Click on the Tags tab > Click on the Tag you created (ie. Rejected Emails)
Click on the Gear icon > Click Delete Contacts within Tag
Note: If you'd like to store a copy of the Contacts on your computer for your records you can click Export Contacts before deleting them.
How to reduce the chances of your E-blasts being Rejected
We have several articles that suggest ways that you can increase your mass email credibility and reduce the chances that the email providers of your Contacts will interpret your E-blast as Spam.
Important Note: The criteria that email providers use to identify spam are private and everchanging. Although we can definitely make suggestions on how you can increase your mass email credibility, it's not possible to guarantee 100% deliverability of mass emails.
