New to Keela? Welcome! Below you can find instructions for logging into your account, and troubleshooting any login issues you may encounter.
Logging in to Keela
After creating your Keela account, you can access your account using the unique login link for your country. You can either access these links using the Login link in the upper right corner of on our website, or by clicking on the direct login link for your country below.

Keela Login Methods
On your login page, you'll see 2 methods for logging into Keela:
- Method 1 (Sign in with Google), or
- Method 2 (Sign in with Keela Email and Password)
To access your user account, you must always use the same method that was selected when you created your user account. For example, if you used Sign In with Google to create your user account, you must always use Sign In with Google to log in.
If you’re not sure which option you used to create your account, please contact Customer Success for assistance.
If you are having trouble logging into your Keela user account, please try the following troubleshooting steps, and contact Customer Success if you are unable to log in after trying these steps.
User not found
If you receive this message:
This means that the email address is not found in the database for this country.
Please try the following steps:
- Ensure you are using the correct login link for your country.
- Ensure you are using the login method that you used when creating your user account. Google login information is not stored in Keela's database, so you must use Sign in with Google if your user account was created using this method.
If you receive this message:
This means that the password that was entered does not match the password on the user account.
Please use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password:
On the next screen, fill in your email and click Send Me Instructions to send yourself an email with a reset link. Please be sure to check your Spam folder for the email, and follow the instructions found within.
If you do not receive an email with a reset link, contact Customer Success and they can reset your password manually.
I don't know which email address or login method to use
If you're not sure what email address or login method was used to create your user account, please contact Customer Success for assistance.
I need a new Keela user account
If your organization is using Keela but you don't have your own user account yet, an administrator on your team can add you as a team member to send you an email invitation to join the Keela organization. The invitation will contain a unique login code that will allow you to join your organization's Keela account.
You can find instructions in this article that you can pass to your administrator so that they can generate the invitation for you.
I was added as a team member, but did not receive an email invitation
Note: Please be sure to check your Spam folder, as sometimes invitations can end up there.
If you are unable to locate your email invitation, your administrator can try the following troubleshooting steps to assist you
- Resend the unique invitation code to you via email
- Copy and Paste the unique invitation code and provide to you another way
