We know how important it is to be able to communicate with your contacts quickly, so we've made it easy to send emails to subscribed contacts.
Our E-blasts tool lets you create an e-blast, customize your content, and track the reach of your message. When you use this tool, you can get your message out quickly and help make your next group email more effective.
Creating an E-blast
Keela makes it as easy as possible to create a new e-blast with only a few clicks. Give your e-blast a name, add an assignee, link it to a campaign, and decide who you want to send it to and from whom.
Find your e-blasts
Navigate to 'Campaigns' and open the 'E-blasts' tab. Click on the '+ E-blast' button to create a new message.
Create your e-blast
On the 'E-blast Name & Campaign' tab of the Add E-blast screen, give your e-blast a name. It will be assigned to you by default; if you need to change it, you can select another user from the drop-down list.
Link the e-blast to a campaign, if you have one.
Click the 'Next' button to proceed to the next step.
Choose e-blast recipients
On the 'Email Subject & Recipients' tab, choose a recipient for your e-blast.
You can choose to send your e-blast to all your contacts or to specific tags or Smart Lists. To choose your recipients, select the group you want to send to and then you can add an existing tag or Smart List in the Tags or Smart List field.
If you choose to send your email to all of your contacts, the field to list specific groups will not be available.
Quick Tip: Be sure that you've read up on the anti-spam laws of your country and the general rules for mass emailing.
Select e-blast sender
Next, choose which email you would like to send your e-blast from. If you have integrated with SendGrid, you may see that one or both of the email addresses shown are from your own domain, as opposed to Keela's.
If you have not integrated with SendGrid, you will see two options for sending your e-blast:
