Copy the Form's Page Link
Select the form that you want, and navigate to the "Design & Share" tab. Once there, you'll see a number of options for sharing your form.
Under Option 1 is the public link for that particular form. The URL is automatically assigned. If you'd prefer something else, find out how to change your form's public link.
To copy the link, click the "Copy" button.
Open your Website Editor
You might use an online website or blog creator like Wix, Wordpress.com, or Blogger, or your website may be with your domain name on a service like GoDaddy or Name.com.
Note: Regardless of what service you use, you'll need to be able to log in as an administrator on your organization's website editor to make changes. If you don't have access to edit your organization's website editor, send the link along with these instructions to the person who usually makes changes to your website.
Add the Form Link to Your Website
Open the HTML editor for page, sidebar, header, or footer where you want to put the form's link. You can paste the link directly in the page, create a text link, or use it with a button on your website.
To replace the link on an existing button, open the editing interface for the button, remove the existing link and paste the form's page link that you copied earlier into the provided space (right click and select "Paste", or use the Ctrl+P shortcut on Windows / Cmd+P on Mac).
Be sure to save your changes and test your new link when you're done!
Quick Tip: You can also use the same link to share your Form on social media.
