We know how important it is to be able to create forms, collect information, and use your data to connect with contacts and other people.
When you use Forms, your responses are kept with an individual form and available for review any time. With our tools, you can reach out to your community, gather information, and access it all in one place.
Understanding Form Responses
After you create a form, you can share the URL publicly to gather donations, memberships, subscriptions, and more.
When people begin to make donations, sign up, or otherwise interact with your form, their responses to your CRM and custom questions will be logged as entries in the Responses tab of a form, and a summary of that information will appear on the form's Overview tab.
To access your form responses, open the form you want; it will automatically open to the Overview tab.
On this screen, you will see the form's date of creation and a tally of the responses received, as well as other information about your form.
Underneath is a chart that shows how many responses you received in a given date type. You can change the view between day, week, and month.
Accessing Form Responses
To access your form responses, open the form you want, and click on the Responses tab.
On this screen, you will see a list of responses. Each line represents a respondent to your form.
To view information submitted by an individual, click on "View". This will open a screen that shows all the information that was given by that person.
