Copy the Form's Embed Code
Select the form that you want, and navigate to the "Design & Share" tab. Once there, you'll see a number of options for sharing your form.
Under Option 2 is the HTML to embed that particular form. To copy the link, select "Click here to view embed code".
On the Form tab, click the "Copy" button to make a copy of the HTML code, or copy the text directly. A preview of your form appears on the right side of the screen.
There are two options to choose from when embedded your form:
Open your Website Editor
You might use an online website or blog creator like Wix, Wordpress.com, or Blogger, or your website may be with your domain name on a service like GoDaddy or Name.com.
Note: Regardless of what service you use, you'll need to be able to log in as an administrator on your organization's website editor to make changes. If you don't have access to edit your organization's website editor, send the link along with these instructions to the person who usually makes changes to your website.
Embed the Form on Your Website
Open the HTML editor for page, sidebar, header, or footer where you want to embed your form.
Paste the embed code for the form that you copied earlier. Check that the form is positioned and presented the way you want it and then save your work.
