From the Dashboard, click on your Organization's name in the top right-hand corner > Click Organization Settings
Important Note: You will need to have Admin permissions to access Organization Settings.
Click on the Forms tab > Click on the blue + Form button
The new form pop-up window will appear > Here you'll be able to choose some details for your form.
This is the internal name for your form that you and your team members will view when you navigate to the Forms Tab. Make sure it's clear and concise so that it can be easily identified in the list!
Here, you can select which of the four different Form Types that you would like to create. In this example, I'll be choosing a Donation Form that I would like our donors to be able to access online.
Hint: For a full explanation of what forms are available, check out our What is a Form article.
(3) Link to a Campaign
You can link your Forms to a Campaign! This will show you and your team members that this particular form is connected to a specific event, fundraiser or ongoing task that your team has created. This is particularly useful for Donation Forms as it will mean that any donation that is received through the form will be automatically assigned to your Campaign and go towards your fundraising goals.
(4) Show Campaign Name and Description on Form tickbox
When creating a Campaign, you have the option of giving it a Name and a Description. If you then link that Campaign to a new form (Step 3, above) you can also choose to display the Name and Description on the form too by checking this tickbox.
Hint: If you're not sure if this should be added, keep the tickbox blank - you can always edit the tickbox later
Customizing Your Forms
If you're new to Keela, when you configure your donations or memberships during the set up process, you'll automatically see a few default forms appear for donations, memberships, and subscriptions. Find out how to customize the following forms:
