As of May 28, 2018, Keela has migrated to Forms, a new system for managing collection of data on public and campaign donations, memberships, and subscriptions.
Prior to this date, we offered separate forms for public donations, campaign donations, memberships, and subscriptions -- and all of these forms were located in different places in Keela.
Now all of these forms can be found in one place, and we've even added some great options for you to add more customization to your forms!
In the sections below, we'll explain how this new feature works, what it means for your existing forms, and outline some of the exciting changes accompanying this release.
What are Forms?
Forms are a new feature in Keela that allow you to collect information about your contacts and process transactions for donations and memberships.
You can create forms specifically for donations, members, or subscribers -- and create your own custom forms from scratch!
All of the data collected using your forms is recorded directly in Keela, saving you time used for transferring data from other systems.
I'm a new Keela user! How does this affect me?
If you joined Keela on or after March 28, 2018, you won't have any existing forms to migrate over, but keep scrolling to learn more about some of the awesome new features!

I'm already a Keela user! Where can I find my existing forms?
If you joined Keela prior to March 28, 2018, your existing public donation, campaign donation, and membership forms will now be found under the new Forms tab in your Organization Settings.
Will the links for my existing forms still work?
All existing forms and public links will continue to work, via a redirect process. Any URLs associated with the existing forms will automatically redirect to the new URL for that form.
You do not need to change the links for any forms which have already been shared with your contacts or published on your website.
How do Campaigns work with the new Forms?
Previously, a single campaign donation form was automatically created for every campaign.
Now, you can create as many forms as you wish, and you get to decide whether or not they are associated with a campaign. You can even associate multiple forms with a single campaign.
When a form is associated with a campaign, you'll be able to review. analyze and report on the data collected in that campaign in Keela.
What are the new features for Forms?
We've added some great new features to help you customize your forms and make them stand out. These features are available on all of your existing forms and any new forms you create.
You can now customize the link to your forms!
Add an Image
You can now add an introduction image to your forms for more visual impact.
Ask More Questions
You can now add more question fields to your forms, like phone number and custom fields from your CRM. You can even create custom questions just for a specific form!
Easier-to-Use Form Designer
We've revamped our Form Designer to make it easier to edit your forms. Click on the green "Edit" pencil button for each section of your form to see the options available.
