After you've synced your Keela transactions, you can view your sync history and check that your records have made it to QuickBooks Online successfully.
The sync history displays information on the transactions that you've synced for the past 7 days and allows you to access your Keela and QuickBooks records quickly and easily. Read on to understand the status of your synced records.
Understanding Your Sync Status
If you've synced records to QuickBooks, there are a few different sync statuses that you may see:
If you've recently run a sync, you may see this while your records are being sent to QuickBooks. This may appear for a little while if you've sent a large number of transactions.
b) Date and time
This is the date and time that your records were sync from Keela to your QuickBooks Online account.
This means that syncing for a transaction has been delayed due to a technical issue.
In the event that you see this warning, it means that Keela has been notified of the issue and is working to complete the sync as soon as possible.
If the issue persists for more than an hour, please contact Support.
