After you've synced your Keela transactions with QuickBooks, it can take a while for the records to be transferred to your QuickBooks Online account, depending on how many records you sent.
If you ever need to check on your sync history, you can access a list of synced transactions for the past 7 days quickly and easily.
Your Sync History
When you open your sync history, you'll see a few different pieces of information on your synced transactions:
Toggle between the available transaction types to view your sync history for donation and membership payment records.
View your synced records by transaction ID, amount, transaction date, payment method, and contact.
If you need to access that record quickly, click on the contact to open their records.
Date of Sync
If you've synced records to QuickBooks, there are a few different sync statuses that you may see. Learn more about understanding the status of your synced transactions.
Viewing QuickBooks Sync History
To view your QuickBooks sync history, head over to 'Organization Settings' and navigate to the 'Integrations' tab. Select 'Sync History' from the QuickBooks Online integration widget.
This will open the QuickBooks sync history for the past 7 days.
From this screen, you can check individual records as well as find links to the records in your QuickBooks account.
