We know how important it is to be able to manage revenue and acknowledge the contribution to your organization -- and making sure your receipts are issued properly can be a part of that. That's why we've made it easy to customize your revenue receipts.
Customize Your Revenue Receipt
Keela makes it as easy and quick to customize your revenue receipt with just a few clicks.
To begin, navigate to your "Organization Settings" by accessing the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of your screen. Next, select the "Revenues" tab in the top-centre of the page.
To open your Revenue Receipt settings, click on the "Edit receipt info" button in the Revenue & Receipt Info area.
Edit your Receipt
After selecting "Edit receipt info", there are a number of areas that you can change. The changes you make here will be applied to all the receipts that are issued thereafter.
A) Official Name
This is the name of your organization. Enter your legal company name in the Official Name field.
B) Official Tagline
Many organizations have a tagline or slogan. You can insert this in the Official Tagline field.
C) Official Logo
You can upload your organization's logo. To change the existing logo, click the "Upload" button. You can upload a picture from your computer or an URL, search for a web image, or take a picture.
D) Legal Status
This is your organization's legal status. In most cases, the information that was input in this field during set up has not changed.
E) Registration Number
This is your organization's registration number. In most cases, the information that was input in this field during set up has not changed.
F) Default Currency
This is the default currency that your organization uses. In most cases, the information that was input in this field during set up has not changed.
G) Official Address
This is the address for your organization. To change or update your address, enter in the appropriate changes in the Street, Unit, City, State/Province, Country, and/or Zip/Postal fields.
H) Time Zone
This is the time zone that your organization is in. To make changes to this, click on the Time Zone field and select the appropriate zone from the drop-down option list.
I) Write a thank you message
This is the message that is shown after revenue is recorded and that appears in the receipt.
To add or change a message, select the field and write the message that you want to send to your contacts.
J) Add a signature
To add the signature of the receipt issuer, click on the "Upload" button. You can upload a picture from your computer or an URL, search for a web image, or take a picture.
If you don't like the existing signature, click the "Clear" button to delete the existing image.
K) Signature of issuer
The Signee, Designation, and Position fields hold the receipt issuer's information. You can change the Signee to any of your team members, or add the designation or position of the person who will issue receipts.
Complete and Confirm Changes
To confirm your changes, click on the "Save" button at the bottom right of the screen.
Quick Tip: To preview your receipt, click the "Preview receipt" button in the Revenue & Receipt Info area of the Revenues tab. This will show you how your receipt appears to your contacts.
