Editing Synced Transactions
Once a transaction in Keela has been synced to QuickBooks, any editing of the original record in Keela will not be re-synced with your QuickBooks account records. Changes to a donation or membership payment record in Keela and/or QuickBooks must be done manually in both locations.
Why can't I edit records in Keela that have been synced?
The integration with QuickBooks Online offered by Keela is one-way and one-time only. To ensure the integrity of your data, it is only possible to push a transaction record to QuickBooks once.
Before you sync your transactions, whether you do it regularly or it's your first time, we recommend that you thoroughly check your records before and during the sync.
