Sync Keela Data with QuickBooks Online
Note: Data may be synced from Keela to QuickBooks using a manual sync process, which is outlined below. This allows you to choose exactly what data to sync over, and when. No data is synced automatically.
To sync Keela data with QuickBooks Online, head over to 'Organization Settings' by clicking on the organization name in the top right corner of Keela.
In the 'Integrations' tab, navigate to the QuickBooks Online widget and click on the 'Sync QuickBooks' button.
This will open the Transaction Sync screen.
Select the transaction types that you want to sync to QuickBooks Online. Indicate the date period that you want to sync transactions from. Click 'Next'.
Now, for each transaction type selected, you have the option to sync individual records or all of them. Review the list carefully before syncing.
Select the transactions that you want to push to QuickBooks Online. You can select some of them, all of the records, or none. Once you are satisfied, click the 'Sync Selected' button.
After the sync has completed, click 'Next'. If you have chosen more than one transaction type, you will need to repeat the above process for each one. Otherwise, you will be taken to the Sync Summary.
The Sync QuickBooks Summary shows a list of all the transactions types that you selected, how many transactions were exported to QuickBooks Online, and how many records were skipped.
It may take some time for your Keela transactions to appear in your QuickBooks Online account. Depending on the number of records you synced, it may take between 15 to 30 minutes. We recommend allowing for 1 minute per 20 to 30 records.
After You Sync
Once Keela's records have been sent to your QuickBooks Online account, we recommend checking in your QBO account to ensure that the records are accurate and complete.
