With Keela's QuickBooks Online integration, you can send financial information from your donations and membership payments to QuickBooks Online in a way that can save you time and hassle.
Before we get started, let's find out what information is synced and where that information ends up in QuickBooks Online.
Keela and QuickBooks Online
When you sync your donations and membership payments with QuickBooks, the following information is sent from Keela:
For both Donations and Memberships:
- Address (if available)
- Receipt date
- Payment method
- Donation / Transaction ID
- Frequency of payment
For Donations only:
- Associated campaign
- Impact area
- Advantage (if specified)
- Charitable tax receipt serial number
For Memberships only:
- Membership plan name
After you sync your data, the following information will show in Keela:
- Link to QBO entry for donation
- Link to QBO entry for donation transaction fees (if applicable)
Once you have synced your donations and membership payments with QuickBooks, you will see Keela's information in various QuickBooks Online fields. A customer or donor profile will also be created, and future transactions from Keela will be linked with this profile.
