Use the global and area-specific search functions to find information in Keela quickly and easily.
With our Global Search Tool, you can search within your Keela data for contacts, donations, files, and more. This is the best option to use if you're looking for something but not sure what area of Keela it's in.
From the Global Search, you can either search all of Keela, or restrict to certain areas using the drop-down on the left side of the search field:
Once your search results appear (red), you can also check the area-specific tabs to narrow down your results (green).
If you're looking for something specific (i.e. a Contact), it's best to use the Area-specific Search functions available on that area of Keela. You can find the Area-specific search on the upper right of the content area. Area-specific search is available for the following areas of Keela:
- E-blast Templates
- Project Tasks
The Area-specific search is fine tuned to the data stored in that area and is more likely to help you find what you're looking for, especially if you are looking for a partial match (i.e. looking for "Jen" when you're not sure if your contact is listed under "Jenny" or "Jennifer").
