We know that you're eager to start using Keela, but it can be tough to make the transition to a new platform. With Keela's Workspace, it's easy to find what you need quickly and get back to your most important tasks.
Introducing Your Keela Workspace
Your Keela Workspace allows you to quickly access common features and tools, check your inbox and notifications, and manage your account.
Here are the components of your workspace:
The sidebar appears on the left of your screen. It shows links to your Dashboard, Analytics, Contacts, Campaigns, and Projects, as well as commonly used and/or important items that you pin to certain categories. When you need to access one of our features, this is your first stop!
2. Top bar
The top bar in Keela contains a global search function, a "Quick Action" button, and links to your Inbox, Notifications, and Settings.
From here, you can search within all your data in Keela, quickly add information or invite a team member, or stay on top of your tasks and communications. Your Organization and Personal Settings are also access from here.
3. Navigation bar
The navigation bar shows you where in Keela you are and allows you to add information, change settings, or find help articles on a particular feature or tool quickly and easily.
4. Work area
The area below your navigation bar is where all your information displays when you access a feature or tool within Keela. The content will change depending on which tool you're using -- currently it's showing the Dashboard.
5. Help button
Stumped or lost? If you need help with something in Keela, click on the Help button at the bottom left of your screen. Find articles and gain the knowledge to master Keela or contact us directly with your issue.
