We know how valuable statistics can be in decision-making and understanding your contacts, donors, members, and volunteers -- but sometimes, it can be difficult to get started.
With Keela’s Analytics feature, you can gain deeper insight into your contact data. Use Smart Lists to organize your contacts, choose between different filters, and create a Report to help you explore and better understand your contacts.
There are a few different components that make up Analytics.
Your Smart List is the basis for your Reports. Create a Smart List to group your contacts based on location, affiliation, donation history, or volunteer activity.
There are four types of Smart Lists: Contacts, Donations, Revenues and Volunteering. When creating a Smart List, you have the option to create a preset list or to create a custom List from scratch.
Smart Lists have a primary tab with your list’s Contacts and three other tabs -- Donations, Revenues Volunteers, and Reports -- that show depending on your list and selections.
You can always add one or more of these tabs to your Smart List from the gear icon to the right of the Smart List title bar and choosing "Edit Info".
You can always access your Smart Lists by going to the sidebar on the left of your screen. From here, you can create a new List or pin on-going or important Smart Lists under the Analytics section so that they're always visible and easy to access.
These are the tools that Analytics uses to segment and group your Contacts list.
You can access basic quick filters when you create a Quick Smart List or from the Add Filter list when you create a custom Smart List.
Your Reports allow you to look deeper into your Smart List data using an array of different reports, charts, and summary statistics. Explore key information and visualize the data in your contact list based on demographic, donation, membership, and volunteering history.
From your Smart Lists, you can create a new Report or pin commonly used ones under the Analytics section so that they're always visible and easy to access.
