We've made it easy to control and customize the emails you receive both in-app, and within your email inbox.
Accessing your Notifications
To view notifications within Keela, select the bell icon located in the top-right corner. Any time you have a new notification, the bell icon will be orange.
Accessing your Notification Settings
Begin by navigating to 'Personal Settings', found through the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of Keela. Next, in the top-centre of the page select the 'Notifications and Emails' tab.
Customizing your Preferences
Each user is able to customize the notifications they receive both in-app, and in the inbox of the email account they've signed up with. There are a multitude of notifications to choose from:
Some of our favourites include the ability to be notified if and when you're tagged in a Task comment or Project discussion, if and when a Task that you follow is marked 'complete', and any time a donation is made online.
Whether you receive a notification either within Keela, to your email inbox, or both, is your choice to make!
Here, you can choose to receive email notifications for any comments made on a Task or any discussions made on a Project. Most importantly, you can specify whether you'd like to receive email notifications only when you are not logged into Keela.
If you have set up an integration with SendGrid, you can also change your settings for your outgoing email address. This will allow you to send emails directly from the email that you use to log into Keela with, as long as it belongs to the same domain that you authenticate.
