Our E-blasts tool lets you create an e-blast, customize your content, and track the reach of your message. When you use this tool, you can get your message out quickly and help make your next group email more effective.
Finalizing an E-blast
Keela makes it as easy as possible to complete a new e-blast with only a few clicks.
On the Add recipients screen, you can add an associated campaign, a subject line, or a recipient group, as well as choose to send the email as the assigned user or from the organization's e-blast email address.
When you're ready to send your e-blast, you have a few different options to send your message.
If your e-blast is associated with a campaign, you can add an existing or new campaign in the Associated Campaign field.
Enter your subject line in the Subject field. We suggest something descriptive and concise. For more ideas, take a look at our blog post here: Tips to improve your email subject lines
You can choose to send your e-blast to all your contacts or to specific tags or Smart Lists. To choose your recipients, select the group you want to send to and then you can add an existing or new tag or Smart List in the Tags or Smart List field.
If you choose to send your email to all of your contacts, the field to list specific groups will not be available.
Quick Tip: Be sure that you've read up on the anti-spam laws of your country and the general rules for mass emailing.
You can choose to send your e-blast from your Keela-associated email or from an Assigned user's email address. To send the e-blast as a particular team member, click "Assigned user" and select the team member's name from the drop-down option list.
