We understand that your needs may change as you grow, and that's why Keela offers you the flexibility you need to find the right plan for your organization.
Our clients needs don't change based on rigid schedules, which is why your subscription plan isn't stuck to one plan -- you can easily change your subscription plan at any time during your billing cycle.
Here are two scenarios you may come across:
Switching to a subscription with higher limits
Let's assume you're on a Grassroots plan, and you've paid for your monthly recurring subscription on the 1st of the month.
On the 15th, you've decided to upgrade to the Developing plan. You will be credited for the time on the original plan that you did not use and charged for the difference in subscription plan costs. The breakdown for the amount you will be charged is as follows:
Switching to a subscription with lower limits
You can just as easily switch to a subscription plan with lower limits.
For example, let's consider that you are downgrading from the Impact to Developing plan. You will be automatically credited the difference in cost between the two subscription plans, less the amount used on the Impact plan.
