We understand that your data is extremely important. When you offer Keela the opportunity to protect that data, we take it very seriously.
This is why Keela uses Amazon S3 and EC2 to keep all of your organization's information secure. Your data is regularly backed up on multiple servers and is protected by Amazon's security system.
Keela has a documented permission system that defines who can read, create, delete and modify data. If someone is not a user on your Keela account, or not added as a member of a specific Campaign and/or Project, they cannot access your information. Additionally, only users with Admin privileges can access donation information. Private data is private, and it cannot be accessed unless a user is given permission to do so.
We also use HTTPS to encrypt all data sent from the client to the server so no one can intercept password, donation, and other information.
