We know how important it is to be able to get your message out, so we've made it easy to create and customize e-blasts for a range of needs.
Our E-blasts tool lets you create e-blasts, customize your messages, and track the reach of your e-blast. When you use this tool, you can reduce the amount of time you spend creating e-blasts and get your message out quicker and more efficiently.
Customizing the Layout of your E-blast
Keela makes it as easy as possible to create an e-blast template with only a few clicks.
After creating an e-blast, you can customize your layout so that it's exactly as you want.
Quick Tip: If you use the same format for many of your messages, you may want to create an e-blast template to help make future messages easier to write and send.
Add Content Sections
The blank template only comes with a starting header. To build the sections of your e-blast, navigate to the header to bring up the options buttons to the right of the section and hover over the "+" button.
The "+" button will give you three options to choose from, with either a default white or blue background:
A) Add a spacer
B) Add a single column
C) Add a double column
Click on the type of section you want to create. To create a new section under an existing one, hover over the section and select the "+" button that appears to the right of the section. Repeat until you have the number of content sections that you want.
This will be the structure for your e-blast template.
Quick Tip: To save your template any at time, click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the screen.
Customize Content Sections
After you create your content sections, you can specify the type of content that you want to see inside of them. The section will have a "+" button at the centre.
To select the type of content you want, hover over the "+" button to see the options. If you use a similar format for your e-blasts, it can be helpful to create placeholders for text, images, social media icons, and a donation button.

C) Donate button
Easily add a Donate button to your e-blast, that links to a donation page. To learn more, click here.
D) Social media
If you'd like to add social media icons which are linked to your organization's accounts, be sure to have already specified these accounts in your Organization's Profile (found within "Organization Settings").
After these social media accounts have been specified, learn how to add the respective icons to your e-blast.
Select the Theme Color(s)
To change the default color palette, use the Background 1 and Background 2 options at the top left of the screen. Click the color picker and select the color that you want. Here, you may also choose to customize the color of your Donate button.
