We know how important it is to be able to manage your donation tax receipts, access receipts when you need them, and ensure that you remain compliant with your jurisdiction's requirements. That's why we've made it simple to download your existing donation tax receipts.
Our Donations tool allows you to manage donation information and export your tax receipts easily. When you use this tool, you can gather your tax receipts and get them to where they need to go quickly.
Quick Tip: Receipts may be generated and issued manually when you log a donation (see "Generating a Receipt for a Donation"), but they can also be sent out automatically when someone donates to your organization through Stripe.
Downloading Receipts for Multiple Contacts
You can also download receipts for multiple contacts quickly and easily. This will fetch all the tax receipts for the contacts who donated within a specified time period.
Open the Donations widget
From your Dashboard, flip the Donations widget open.
Export your Donation receipts (in bulk)
Click on the "Export" button under the Donations widget title bar.
Select a time period for which to download a batch of receipts using the From and To fields.
To fetch the existing the receipts, click the "Fetch Receipts" button at the bottom of the screen. When the receipts are ready for download, a Receipt Archives field will appear with a "Download File" button in it. Click the "Download File" button to download a ZIP file with your receipts.
To open, simply double-click on the ZIP file.
