We know how important it is to be able to communicate with your contacts and get your message out, so we've made it easy to see what happens after you send an e-blast.
Our E-blasts tool let you manage e-blasts, track progress towards your goals, and understand how your contacts interact with your e-blasts. When you use this tool, you can better communicate with your contacts and make sure you reach the people you need to.
Introducing Campaign Statistics
E-blasts offer a simple, convenient way to send and manage group emails, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns -- but what happens after your message goes out? How do you know whether you're reaching the people you need and want to? When you use our e-blast tools, you can find out what happens to those emails and better target your future e-blasts.
You can always find your e-blast Statistics on the information page specific to an e-blast. For a list of all your e-blasts, you can click on the E-blasts tab under the Campaigns title bar from the main Campaigns screen, or open the e-blasts specific to a campaign, by selecting the campaign you want from the Campaigns list and clicking the E-blasts tab under the title bar.
There are four different sections of information that make up your Campaign statistics.
This section tells you about how individual contacts interacted with your message.
The orange, blue, and green bars at the top of your summary statistics tell you about the number of contacts who received your email, how many opened it, and how many clicked on any hyperlinks within your message.
The multi-level ring chart is a visual representation of the interactions statistics. The outer orange ring shows the percentage of messages that were delivered to your e-blast contact list, and the middle blue ring shows the percentage of those people who opened your message.
The green centre shows the percentage of people who opened your message that clicked on a hyperlink in your message.
This section tells you about what happened to your message on its way to your contacts and afterwards.
The unopened, unsubscribed, and rejected bars tell you about the number of contacts who did not open your message, how many unsubscribed, and how many contacts' email addresses rejected your e-blast.
This section tells you how much money was raised from your e-blast.
