Customize Your Subscription Form
Keela makes it as easy to customize your subscription form with just a few clicks. As you customize your form, you will see the elements of the form under the Form Preview field update and change based on your selections.
1. Open subscription form settings
Click on the Profile button on the top right of your screen and select "Organization Settings" from under your organization. This will open the Organization settings page for your organization.
To open the Subscription Form Settings, click on the Subscriptions tab under the Settings title bar.
2. Choose a form title
Type in your subscription form title in the Choose a title field. We suggest something short, like "Subscribe to our newsletter" or "Let's keep in touch".
3. Tag your subscribers
You can choose to tag all subscribers who sign up and become part of your Contacts list. To select or create a tag, click on the "Add to Tags" field and select an existing tag or type in your desired tag name and add it.
This step is optional. If you have a lot of subscribers, it may be useful to set up a tag for them to help keep your Contacts list organized and to make sending e-blasts and other communication easier.
4. Customize form fields
You can choose to ask subscribers for their first and last name. To do this, check the box next to the Include First Name and Last Name option.
5. Customize subscribe button
You can customize the font and background color of your Subscribe button. To choose a color, click on the color picker to the right of the Button Background Color or Button Font Color fields and select the color you want. If you know the color code, you can also type it in the main field.
6. Save your subscription form
Click the Save button when you have finished customizing your subscription form. Now, you're ready to add your form to your website!
