We know that, within your contact list, there may be people who share certain relationships, so we've made it easy to organize them and identify those linkages.
Our Households tool lets you create new households and add contacts to a list. When you use this tool, you can better understand those relationships and enrich your future interactions with your contacts.
Add Contacts to an Existing Household
Keela makes it easy as possible to add contacts to an existing household with only a few clicks.
Navigate to a Household
Navigate to the "Contacts" tool, via the left sidebar. Select the "Households" tab in the top-centre of the screen. From here, you can click on the Household you wish to add contacts to.
There are two ways to add contacts to an existing Household:
A) Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Contacts tool, and select "Edit Household Members".
b) Click on the down arrow to the right of the "+ Contacts" button and select "Add existing contacts to household".
Either of these options will open the 'Manage Household' pop-up.
Quick Tip: Want to add new contacts to a household? Select "Add a new contact to household" from the "+ Contacts" button drop-down menu, instead.
Add Contacts to a Household
In the 'Add Contact' field, type in the name of the contact that you'd wish to add to the Household. You can indicate their position within that Household under the 'Role' header.
If they are the primary contact for that Household group, be sure to checkoff the box under the 'Primary' column.
Click the "+ Add" button add the contact to the Household.
