We know how important it is to be able to understand the relationships between contacts. That's why we have a Households tool to help you identify the relationships within your contact list.
Our Households tool offers an easy way to manage the groups within your contact list. When you use households to organize your contacts, you can identify those relationships within your contact list and enrich your future interactions with more information and context about your contacts.
The Households tool is always accessible from the Contacts screen in the third tab under the Contacts title bar.
When you click on the Households tab, you'll open up a list of your households. From here, you can add households and view a list of contacts belonging to individual households.
You can customize the household names to fit the variety of relationships shared by the contacts in your database.
Each household is made up of the following components:
This is the name for the relationship shared by a group of contacts.
These are the contacts in your list that share a particular relationship. You can add as many people as you want, and a contact can be a member of more than one household.
You can also set a contact as the primary. They are the primary contact for the household.
