Add a Priority Level to an Individual Contact
Keela makes it easy and quick to add a Priority level to an individual contact.
You can give a contact a priority level between zero to three stars, with three stars indicating highest priority and zero stars, lowest priority. By default, contacts are not assigned a priority level and their priority must be set manually.
Open a Contact Profile
Open "Contacts" from the left sidebar and select the contact you wish to edit. This will open to the contact's Profile page.
On the contact profile, there are a number of categories of information that can be edited. The Priority level is displayed at the top middle of the contact profile.
There are two ways to edit the Assignee for an individual contact:
a) Click on the "Priority" icon in the top middle of the Contact profile.
b) In the contact profile, scroll down to the Admin heading and click the "Edit" button.
Both options will open the Edit Contact Admin screen and allow you to change the Priority level.
2. Add a Priority level
In the 'Priority' field on the 'Edit Contact Admin' screen, set the priority level by clicking on up-to three stars.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the screen.
