Just have a new member join your team? Perhaps you’d like to offer a volunteer the opportunity to work together on a Project in Keela? Good news - collaborating with team members has never been easier.
Add a new Team Member to your Keela organization and you can easily work alongside each other on Projects, Campaigns, and maintain your contact and donations database.
Steps to invite a new Team Member
Navigate to ‘Organization Settings’ by selecting the settings dropdown menu in the top-right corner of Keela.
Within the tab ‘Members’ in the top-centre of your page, you’ll find the blue ‘+ Members’ button.
After selecting the ‘+ Members’ button, you’ll be prompted to enter the email address of the new User, as well as their role within Keela.
Admin - Full access to Keela (Contacts, Donations, Settings)
Contributor - Limited access to Keela (only Campaigns and/or Projects they are members of)
Once satisfied, click ‘Invite’ to send out your invitation.
In order to successfully join your Keela organization, the new user must accept the invitation they receive in their inbox.
