We know how important it is to be able to keep track of your projects. That's why we've made it easy and convenient to create new Projects with the click of a button.
Our Projects features let you manage tasks, communicate with team members, and keep track of files easily. When you use these tools, you can stay organized and learn how to more efficiently manage your projects.
Keela makes it as easy as possible to create and manage your projects with just a few clicks.
Create a new Project
There are a few different ways that you can create a new Project in Keela.
A) Click on the Quick Action button at the top of your screen and select "Project".
B) Create a new Project from the left sidebar by clicking on the "+" symbol or on "+ Add project".
C) Click on the "+" icon on the right side of the Projects title bar.
D) Create a new Project by clicking on the "+ Project" or "+" button in the Projects screen.
Any of these options will create a new Project card for you to fill in with details.
Choose a Project name
Type in a project name. We suggest something concise and relevant.
Set a Deadline
Select a date and time for your project deadline. This is optional - if you don't have a deadline for your project, leave this section blank.
Want to be reminded when your project deadline is coming up? Set a notification.
It can be minutes, hours, days, or weeks before your project deadline.
Assign a Priority Level
Select a priority level for your project. Use this to help manage priorities and projects.
Add your Team Members
Add people on your team who will follow project tasks, discuss, and share files with you. These can be admins, contributors, or both. Choose them wisely.
Click the "Add" button at the bottom right of the screen. Now, you're ready to get started!

When you use Keela for project management, you can track deadlines, task and project statuses, and team members easily and minimize the time you spend looking through emails and computer folders for what you need.
Looking ahead: We hope you'll find these tools useful in the completion of your project. When you're finished with a project, just open up the Projects screen and click the [checkmark box icon] under Status. Select "Confirm", and your project will be marked as complete and archived in Keela.
