Information such as your organization's official address, contact phone number, logo and social media accounts may change. It’s important to keep this information constantly up-to-date, as it will be used as contact information in any external communications via Keela.
That being the case, we wanted to make it especially simple to edit this information over time. To access your organization settings, follow the steps below:
How to Edit your Organization Information
1. Navigate to the settings dropdown menu, by clicking on your organization name located in the top-right corner of Keela.
2. Next, select ‘Organization Settings’.
3. Within the ‘Profile’ tab (top-centre of the page), you’ll have full-access to edit the necessary information as you please - organization contact information, social media accounts, and so forth. To make any changes, select the blue ‘Edit Info’ button.
4. Once satisfied with any edits, be sure to click the blue ‘Save’ button in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up that appears.
