We know how important it is to be able to keep track of your messages and conversations. That's why we've made it easy and convenient to find and access your messages with the click of a button.
Our Inbox feature allows you to keep track of your on-going conversations in one place. When you click on the envelope icon at the top of your screen, you can view all of your active conversations from campaigns, individual emails, tasks, and project discussions.
The Parts of Your Inbox
Your Inbox is always located at the top right side of your screen and is there to help you communicate with people internally and externally with ease. When you have a new message, the envelope icon will be orange.
When you click on the envelope icon, you will see a list of your on-going conversations.
There are different types of messages that can appear in your Inbox.
1. Task messages
2. Project discussions
3. Emails sent externally
Your Inbox will also let you know who the sender is, the subject of the conversation, and when the last message was sent.
Using Your Inbox
Keela makes it as easy as possible for you to manage your conversations, send messages, and stay in touch with the people that matter most.
Send an Email
Click on one of the conversations in your Inbox. Type your message in the message box and click "Send" when you're finished and want to send your message.
Filter your Messages
If you have a long list of messages, you can select a filter to help you sift through your messages quickly.
To filter your messages, click the "Filter" button. You can filter your messages by status (All or Unread) or by the type of message (All, CRM Emails, Project Tasks, or Project Discussions).
'Unfollow' a Conversation Thread
Is there a conversation that you no longer need to be on? You can unfollow the conversation and remove it from your Inbox.
To unfollow a message, click the checkbox next to the conversation you no longer want to follow, go to "Edit Selected", and click "Unfollow".
