Inboxes can fill up quickly, and we know that it can be difficult to remember who you need to touch base with. Our Follow-ups widget makes it easier for you to keep up with all of your external communications in a timely manner.
On the Dashboard, you can quickly view summary information on how many follow-ups you have and what you need to do for each.
Your Follow-ups Widget
The Follow-ups widget has two parts: a pie chart showing your upcoming, late, and unscheduled communications items; and a list of people to follow up with and the tasks and details for each.
Follow-up Completion Status
The Follow-ups widget on the Dashboard shows how many items are on-going or past their deadline, as well as whether there are any follow-up items that have yet to be scheduled.
You can download this chart in different formats for use elsewhere, if you want to.
To view more information, you can flip over the Follow-ups widget for a list of people to contact and the associated details for each person, as well as the status of each item.
There are a few different types of follow-ups -- Keela emails, reminders, and other interactions -- and you can filter your follow-up items by type, as well as by follow-up date and assignee.
Viewing Individual Follow-ups
When you click on a specific follow-up, you can view and edit the existing reminder. From here, you can change the deadline, notification timeline, and assignee, as well as the follow-up subject and details. You can even attach documents to your reminder!
Customize your Follow-ups
To customize what you see, click on the gear icon in the title bar of the widget. Here, you can change what you see based on the assignee and follow-up type, as well as filter based on follow-up date.
How can I use this information?
Our Follow-ups feature can be used as a tool to track and manage what you have to do and who to follow up with when.
At any time, this widget can provide a quick, easy way to keep conversations going and keep tabs on what needs to happen next.
