Campaigns and e-blasts are powerful tools to help get your message out, but we know that it can be difficult sometimes to know and understand what happens to them after they are sent.
On the Dashboard, you can quickly view summary information on your e-blasts and check on how well they have done.
Your Campaigns Widget
The Campaigns widget has two parts: a pie chart showing the success and reach of your most recent e-blast; and a list of your e-blasts and the ability to see more about each one.
Most Recent E-blast
The Campaigns widget on the Dashboard shows the delivery success and open rates of your most recent e-blast using a pie chart. You can download this chart in different formats for use elsewhere, if you want to.
Campaign and E-blast Summary
To view more information, you can flip over the Campaigns widget for a list of your e-blasts and the send dates, assignees, and statuses for each. You can also filter your e-blasts by Campaign.
Viewing Individual E-blasts
When you click on a specific e-blast, you can see what percentage of emails were delivered, opened, and clicked on, as well as how many recipients unsubscribed, whether any emails were rejected, and how much money was raised through your e-blast.
Customize the Campaigns you see
To customize what you see, click on the gear icon in the title bar of the widget. Here, you can change which campaigns will be viewable in both the pie chart and the summary.
How can I use this information?
Our Campaigns feature can be used as a tool to track how well e-blasts do when and after they are sent.
Tip: Send your campaigns in different formats and styles; change the language and design. Compare how different e-blasts fair with different groups of your contacts.
The statistics on each e-blast can provide insight and help you plan your next campaign.
